With more than twenty years combined experience in the building and joinery industry, we had a close look at how we could best use our talents and efforts to most effectively serve our customers in the joinery sector of the market. While there are several large manufacturers who concentrate on mass production of windows and doors, very few cater to the individual requirements and tastes of the home builder. We established Builders Timber Market with this idea as our prime directive.
“We are the Specials Specialists!”
The process begins with the procurement of quality kiln-dried, hardwood timber. Once we have studied the client’s drawings, we will design and engineer the special door or window to exacting standards. If the unit to be produced is of an unusual design, a mock up will be made to test the structural integrity of the unit before final manufacture commences. Then we move on to our compact and efficient production facility where actual manufacture and assembly is to the highest standards by our fully trained staff with many years experience in the industry using trusted and proven joinery techniques. Only the highest quality ironmongery from producers like Henderson’s and Hillaldam are utilized on all sliding and stacking folding doors while only solid brass stays, hinges and handles are supplied with our windows.
All our products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects and subject to the industry standard installation, maintenance, handling and storage conditions; to give many years trouble free service.
